Angela Santiago, DPT

​​Angela began her journey as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2019 and graduated from Essex County College in June of 2021 earning her an Associates Degree for Applied Science in Physical Therapy. Since graduating, Angela has gained valuable experience in multiple settings such as outpatient, skilled nursing, acute care, and home health before joining us here at Pilates Advantage.

Angela has a passion for assisting patients work towards their goals, whatever they may be including balance issues, muscular weakness, pre/post surgery interventions as well as promoting a healthy lifestyle so patients can become stronger and live happy, pain-free lives. Angela specializes in and holds certifications in a variety of evidence-based techniques such as manual interventions, joint mobilizations, therapeutic activities, neuromuscular re-education and k-taping.

When Angela is not helping patients here at Pilates Advantage she is treating patients with developmental disabilities and in the geriatric population in their homes. In her off time she loves to spend time with her family that includes her teenage daughter and 2 dogs with activities such as hiking, fishing, biking, traveling, attending local festivals and trying out new restaurants.
